Information We Collect Simply Costumes collects only the email address of the Google™ account that installs or uses the add-on. This information may be associated with:

• License status (active or expired)

• A Google Sheets™ ID (for access and license validation) No other personal information is collected.

How Information Is Used The user’s email address is used solely to:

• Identify the licensed user

• Control access to the add-on

• Manage license limits and expiration

• Respond to support requests if initiated by the user

The user’s email address may also be used to send service-related communications, such as license or expiration notices, and occasional product-related feedback requests. The email address is not used for marketing, analytics, or advertising.

Data Storage License-related information (email address and sheet ID) may be stored securely outside Google Sheets™ for the purpose of license validation and access control.

Third-Party Services Simply Costumes does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties. Payments, when applicable, may be processed externally (for example, via PayPal™). Simply Costumes does not access or store payment information.

Google User Data Simply Costumes accesses only the Google Sheets™ data required to function within the active spreadsheet. It does not access Google Drive™ broadly, Gmail™, contacts, or Google™ profile data. Use of Google™ user data complies with the Google Workspace™ API User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention User data is retained only for as long as necessary to manage licensing and access and may be deleted upon request.
