Acceptance of Terms By installing or using Simply Costumes (“the add-on”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Description of Service Simply Costumes is a Google Sheets™ add-on designed to assist costume and wardrobe departments in organizing, managing, and structuring production-related data within Google Sheets™.

Ownership of Data All data entered into or processed through Simply Costumes remains the sole property of the user or production. Simply Costumes does not claim ownership of any user content.

Confidentiality & Production Use Users acknowledge that data handled through Simply Costumes may include confidential, sensitive, or contractually protected production information. Simply Costumes:

• Does not inspect, analyze, or reuse user content beyond what is required to operate the add-on

• Does not disclose, sell, or share user data with third parties

Users remain responsible for complying with any applicable non-disclosure agreements, union rules, or contractual obligations.

AI Usage Disclosure Simply Costumes does not use artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or automated content analysis on user data. User data is never:

• Used to train AI models

• Processed by generative AI systems

• Shared with AI services or providers

All functionality is deterministic and rule-based.

Access & Licensing Access to Simply Costumes may be subject to license limits, expiration dates, or payment requirements. Licenses are granted to individual users and may be associated with a Google™ account and/or a specific spreadsheet. Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked if licensing conditions are not met.

Payments Simply Costumes may be offered for free or as a paid product. Payment terms, when applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed externally (for example, via PayPal™). Simply Costumes does not collect or store payment information.

Data Integrity & Backups Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their Google Sheets™ and ensuring data accuracy. Simply Costumes is not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, third-party services, or changes to the Google™ platform.

Errors, Limitations & Support While Simply Costumes is designed to be reliable and production-safe, no software is free from errors. The add-on is provided “as is” and without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Simply Costumes is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or issues arising from use of the add-on. Reasonable, good-faith efforts may be made to assist users with troubleshooting when issues are reported. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.

Availability & Changes Simply Costumes may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Feature availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability Simply Costumes shall not be liable for production delays, data loss, contractual breaches, or indirect or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the add-on.

Termination Access to Simply Costumes may be terminated if these terms are violated or if licensing requirements are not met.
